Who are we?

The Cyprus Will & Probate Services (CWP) websites www.cyprusprobate.com and cyprusprobate.eu belong to the law firm Nicholas A. Theodorou & Co LLC. Nicholas A. Theodorou & Co LLC is law firm based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

The team at CWP dealing with Wills and Probate matters are either British or dual nationals. Not surprising, the majority of our clients tend to be British citizens.

Regardless of your nationality or personal circumstances we are on hand to advise and guide you through the process of making a Cyprus Will.

We can also provide representation and litigation assistance before the Cyprus courts on matters such as probate directions, resealing of a foreign Will or Letters of Administration, obtaining grants for Cyprus assets in case of Cypriot or non-Cypriot nationals or domiciles.

We also advise on matters such as Will challenges and disputes surrounding the validity of wills and trusts.
