The term ‘Probate’ is commonly used when an individual is applying for the right to deal with a deceased person’s affairs (called ‘administering the estate’). In practice, different terms are used, depending on whether or not the deceased person left a Will.
When a loved one dies, you are very likely to feel distressed and upset. This is often aggravated by the amount of paperwork and other formalities involved. If, in addition, you are named as an executor in a Will, you may be daunted by the legal responsibilities.
At Cyprus Probate we are here to make dealing with those matters as straight forward as possible. We can assist you through these difficult times by providing clear advice with sensitivity and efficiency.
We have extensive experience with matters relating to applications for probate and the general administration of trusts and estates.

We will provide you with a fixed fee Probate quote which is based on the individual circumstances of your loved one’s estate. These circumstances include factors such as the nature of the assets and liabilities, whether there is a Will and the number and location of the beneficiaries. Irrespective of circumstances, we guarantee that the maximum probate service fees will not be more than 1% of the estates value, excluding disbursement costs and VAT.
When CP has provided you with a written fixed fee Probate quote for the agreed work, that price will not change unless the original information we are given is shown to be incorrect or circumstances change.
