Planning for and ensuring your loved ones future is secure after you are gone is important.
Taking the time to ensure you have an effective, legally binding Will, can save your family and loved ones stress and heartache in what will undoubtedly be a difficult time.
We can guide and advise you every step of the way, explaining all of the practical and financial implications, to make sure your Will accurately reflects and protects your interests. We will draft a Will for you that that is effective in realising your intentions.
We also offer support and advice on various issues associated with Wills, including providing for loved ones, trusts, business continuity and minimising the risk of claims against your estate.
How Much Does it Cost to Make a Will?
If your affairs are simple and straightforward you are likely to require a simple Will. In such a case we can draft a single Will for you for just €199 and two mirror Wills for €329. Both fees are exclusive of VAT.
For more complex Wills, such as Trust Wills, we will first discuss your wishes and requirements in detail and then provide you with a fixed-fee quotation tailored to your needs.
Where Should the Will Be Kept for Safekeeping?
We recommend depositing your Will with the Registrar of the District Court for safekeeping. We can assist you with this process to ensure your Cyprus Will is properly and safely deposited. The Registrar will personally seal the Will in an envelope, bearing the court’s official seal, register the deposit and issue an official receipt. The deposited Will remains strictly confidential and can only be accessed upon the testator’s death or if it is formally withdrawn in the testator’s presence.
